Concept
In today's society, Braille exists for the visually impaired and printed letters for the sighted — the two systems are completely separate. Sighted people rarely, if ever, read the Braille signage they pass in public spaces. Could design bridge that divide? That question gave birth to this typeface.
Braille Neue is a universal typeface that fuses Braille with visible characters. By letting sighted and blind people share the same tool and the same information, it sets out to spark new conversations between them.
